Is it safe to pay through UPI here?
Yes. This page never sees your bank details or UPI PIN. Tapping a payment button simply opens your own UPI app with our details filled in, and you approve the payment there.
Whose name will my UPI app show?
Your app shows the name of the account holder registered for our UPI ID, not "Life Line Foundation". This account receives donations for the foundation. Check that the UPI ID is 9092460767@ptyes before you pay.
How do I get an acknowledgement for my donation?
After paying, tap "Share payment on WhatsApp" and send us the screenshot, or email the transaction details to us. We will confirm that we have received your donation.
My UPI app showed an error. What should I do?
Some apps, Google Pay and PhonePe especially, limit payments to a personal UPI ID that are started from a website. Save our QR code and scan it from your gallery inside the app, pay to our UPI ID directly, or use the bank transfer details on this page.
Can I donate from outside India?
UPI works with Indian bank accounts. If you are abroad, please contact us and we will help you with the right way to transfer.
Can I donate food, books or blankets instead?
Yes, we welcome in-kind support for our drives. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is needed and where to send it.
